Position: Full-Time Store Manager
Lead the Mission Thrift Store in Charlottetown, PEI, focusing on retail management and community engagement. Drive meaningful impact while managing a dedicated team and volunteer base.

As the Store Manager at Mission Thrift Store, you will oversee all operations to ensure smooth functioning and success of the store. This role demands strong leadership, with the responsibility of motivating staff and volunteers, managing finances, and maintaining effective inventory control. Building relationships with community organizations and charity partners is essential to generate funds for meaningful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets and cash flow controls

• Implement efficient inventory control and marketing strategies

• Maximize floor space for inventory display and sales

• Ensure volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling

• Conduct performance reviews and prepare monthly reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

• 2+ years managing retail staff and volunteers

• 5+ years retail experience with Point-of-Sales knowledge

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Effective communication and computer proficiency
