Position: COWS Retail Supervisor

Summary of Position

The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the store. This person is accountable for leading the retail team in providing COWS World Class Service to our customers.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Demonstrating COWS World Class Service: “All COWS customers must receive above and beyond care and attention, better than would ever be received anywhere in the world, at all times!”

Greeting and serving customers

Being the liaison between staff and management

Handling staff and customer concerns

Opening and closing the store

Preparing bank deposits

Handling cash – making change

Having a keen awareness of product knowledge and determining customers’ needs

Restocking merchandise

Keeping the store tidy and clean, including counters and seating areas

Qualifications:

Is energized by customer interaction

Has strong verbal and communication skills

Has the ability to build a relationship with customers and staff

Has a team oriented personality

Has a competitive spirit and a desire to sell

Has efficient and creative problem solving skills

Has a sense of humor and upbeat personality

Physical Requirements:

Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.

Standing for the duration of the shift

Other Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Availability from May / June to September
