As a Key Holder at Bulk Barn, you'll assist the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily business operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can coach and lead staff effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and providing exceptional customer service in a flexible schedule environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff in absence of Store Manager

• Coach and motivate team members daily

• Delegate tasks effectively among employees

• Process cash transactions and ensure accuracy

• Unload deliveries exceeding 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Experience with MS Office applications

• Strong professional communication skills

• Positive attitude and pleasant disposition

• Detail-oriented with superior time management

• Retail experience is an asset
