In this role, you'll help create awelcoming and engaging experience for every guest who walks through our Gahan Beer Store doors. If you enjoy connecting with people, sharing product knowledge and working in a retail environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
• Guide guests through our beverage selection and offer recommendations based on customers’ stated preferences, needs and desires
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Respond to customer questions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized and well-stocked displays
• Stay up to date on new arrivals, seasonal offerings and featured products
• Support product rotation and merchandising
• Other duties as required

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests, and the community
• Passion for learning and interest in craft beverage, brewing, or beverage trends (training will be provided)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Physically able to lift 30-50 pounds
• Attention to detail and problem-solving

• A responsible beverage certificate is required
• Previous bartending or serving experience is an asset
• Customer service experience is considered a strong asset
