As a Security Guard
, you will play a key role in airside and terminal operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe environment for passengers, staff, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities for Security Guard

Provide security coverage for airside and terminal operations in compliance with regulations

Monitor and control access to restricted areas

Conduct patrols to detect and respond to risks or incidents

Respond to emergencies following established procedures

Communicate clearly and professionally via radio and in person

Maintain strong situational awareness at all times

Qualifications for Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada

RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) required / ability to obtain and maintain

Strong communication skills

Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances

Must be available for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings

Customer service mindset aligned with airport standards

Strong situational awareness and adherence to regulations

Exceptional English communication (verbal & written)

Clear and professional radio communication skills

Confident interaction with passengers, tenants, and stakeholders

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex procedures

Knowledge of security protocols, access control, and emergency response

Relevant background preferred

Experience in policing, corrections, military, or security is a strong asset

High operational flexibility
