• Answer shelter support line calls and follow up

• Implement diversion strategies to prevent homelessness

• Complete detailed intake forms and maintain records

• Liaise with external agencies and community organizations

• Monitor and provide support to clients during their stay

Requirements:

• High school diploma with specialized training in social services

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Excel

• Knowledge of housing resources in PEI

• Minimum three months of relevant social service experience

• Certification in First Aid/CPR required
