Cority seeks an experienced AI Software Engineer to innovate on its EHS platform. Candidates should have a solid grasp of AI technologies, workflows, and systems integration. You will design agentic workflows while managing the full software lifecycle, ensuring quality, and contributing to product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multistep autonomous agents

• Own end-to-end lifecycle from data ingestion to monitoring

• Build retrieval pipelines and knowledge grounding systems

• Architect systems using modern agent stacks

• Communicate closely with Product Owners for requirements clarity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

• 8 years of development experience, 2 years in AI

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

• Agile and Scrum methodology experience

• Proficiency in Python, .NET Core, and microservices
