Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (2)

We are hiring two Machine Learning Engineers to design, train, and deploy advanced AI models powering our next-generation agriculture technologies. You’ll work directly on SGA’s core AI products, turning cutting-edge research into real-world AI solutions that farmers, insurers, and the agriculture sector depend on every day.

• Explore, develop, and refine AI and GeoAI models using real-world field data.
• Build prototypes of algorithms
  , evaluate performance, and benchmark them on production-scale datasets.
• Provide technical input to software engineers for implementing ML algorithms in production systems.
• Implement and optimize models in computer vision, deep learning, and geospatial AI applications.
• Collaborate across teams
  —including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers—to deploy robust AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance for scalability, reliability, and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a track record of building and deploying successful, AI-powered projects or products.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow and Py Torch .
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, statistical methods, and large-scale data processing
  .
• Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
