Responsibilities
  • Client Reception:
    Welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Phone Management:
    Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly, in addition to managing the phone system.
  • Posting and making bank deposits
  • Assisting in the preparation of Accounts Payable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Inputting cancellations and reinstatements in agency operating system
  • Assisting remote Account Managers and their assistants with in office tasks
  • Assisting Account Managers in preparation and distribution of Mass Registry work
