$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for residents.
• Understand how to place decision-making in the hands of the residents whenever possible and appropriate.
• Make prompt and accurate judgments with regard to resident care and emergencies.
• Assist residents with ADLs (activities of daily living) for which they need assistance, such as bathing, combing hair, brushing teeth, shaving, dressing, ambulation, and toileting and laundry.
• Follow all infection control policies.

• Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the Massachusetts State regulations - required.
• Good judgment and decision making.
• Communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, families and team members.
• Patience, tact, and a willingness to take direction and to work as a team member.
