Manager Water Operations & Maintenance

Position Summary

Lead and manage all aspects of water operations & maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement, team coordination, and business growth.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Water or Wastewater management.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position responsible for directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors and consultants, and making organizational decisions.
• Valid T-2 or D-2 water License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions and multi‑task.
• Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre‑employment (company provided online training).
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre‑employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
