DRAWING TECHNICIAN – 3rd Shift

We’re looking for a Drawing Technician to join our 3rd shift team. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn something new, we’d love to meet you. No prior manufacturing experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person who brings a great attitude and strong work ethic.

• Set up and run fiber drawing machines (we’ll teach you how)
• Handle raw materials and prep them for production
• Use basic measuring tools to make sure everything meets specs
• Keep detailed records and follow documented procedures
• Follow all safety rules and wear the right protective gear
• Stay organized, stay on task, and help keep things running smoothly

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A solid work history—we’re looking for people who stick with it
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Great attention to detail and good hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable reading instructions and recording data in English
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work your scheduled shift
• You must pass E‑Verify, a background check, and a 9‑panel drug screen

• 3rd Shift Schedule

  Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Training
  :
  Must be available to train on 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) for ~3 months
• Starting Rate
  :
  Typically begins at $20.00/hour, within the pay range listed below
• Pay Range
  : $20.00 – $21.36/hour, based on experience
• Shift Differential
  :
  Additional 15% for 3rd Shift hours

• Hiring Note

  New hires for this position are initially placed with CoWorx Staffing Agency for a minimum period of 3 months prior to hire by Incom.
