Base pay range$29.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Principal Duties / Essential Functions- Reviews the status of each resident daily or more frequently if required.
- Identifies and reports change in resident condition.
- Knows resident choices regarding care and assures they are honored.
- Leads the CNA team in following comprehensive resident care plans.
- Evaluates if the team has effectively met resident needs.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Massachusetts - required.
- Current CPR certification - required.
- Knowledge of standard nursing practice, state regulations and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Solid Track Record of Promoting Team Members from Within.
