Salary & BenefitsStarting at $16-$18 an hour

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to guarantee quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan, monitor performance, ensure safety and security, maintain profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them.
Shift Managers are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and completing delegated tasks to help the restaurant meet its goals.

Previous leadership experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible availability who enjoy working in the famously fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
