Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is a global leader in clinical diagnostics, innovating at the speed of life to improve patient health. The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Quality, Regulatory & Clinical Affairs functions, reporting to the Senior Vice President located in Chaska, MN. This on‑site role requires a highly organized individual who can manage complex schedules, travel, and documentation for senior executives.
InThis Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Maintain and update the executive calendar to ensure all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met, proactively planning events and handling all aspects of domestic and international travel.
- Use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other digital tools to organize files and documents, ensuring they are in digital format and instantly accessible to the executive team and relevant stakeholders.
- Frequently meet with the President to manage and optimize the executive calendar, deliverables, and other actions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Prepare for meetings by gathering and discerning necessary information in advance, navigating complex schedules to ensure the executive is well‑prepared for each meeting, and evaluating and prioritizing meeting requests to determine which are critical and when to decline invitations.
Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- High school diploma.
- At least 5 years of experience providing support to senior C‑suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams, and SharePoint.
The hourly range for this role is $33.65 – $40.87. This range reflects the compensation range at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
