• Assist in the operation of the Chanhassen High School Girls Lacrosse program
• Provide leadership and supervision with the girls lacrosse team
• Lacrosse knowledge/experience
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Respect/recognition of youth needs
• Coaching license/certification recommended but not required
