Personalized Learning Coordinator
Under the direction of the building principal and dean and in collaboration with district administration, the Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) – Behavior & Academic Supports will work to enhance intervention systems that promote student success. This role will provide direct support for behavior and academic interventions, coach educators, and ensure equitable access to resources that foster student engagement, learning, and well‑being.
The TOSA will play a key role in strengthening multi‑tiered systems of support (MTSS) within schools, addressing both behavioral and academic needs to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications: Valid State of Minnesota License in Education
Salary Range: $53,432 - $108,172 for a 184‑day contract 1.0 FTE (Salary will be prorated based on contract days in assignment and FTE, education and experience). Salary and benefits pursuant to the Chaska Education Association (CEA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).
