R&D and manufacturing semiconductor fab/lab. Semiconductor, Process Development.
Responsibilities- Experience with developing a process using chemical/gas, various forms used in semiconductor application.
- To work on semiconductor process areas like physical vapor deposition/etch technology development for advanced logic device fabrication, which includes chemical gas process.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process development.
- 2+ years semiconductor process experience; vacuum, plasma, photolithography, or high-energy ion-beam related technologies preferred
- Background in process characterization and data analysis preferred
- Expertise in surface analysis and thin film metrology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in both teams and individually
- Some travel to internal facilities for development, training, or other activities is required (travel < 25%)
