Job Title: Senior Engineer, Product Development Engineering

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Development Engineer to join our Liquid Packaging Product Engineering team. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of the NOWPak and Fluoro Pure liquid packaging systems-critical technologies used to store, transport, and dispense high‑purity chemicals and photoresists in semiconductor manufacturing.

As a key contributor, you will lead the development of new products and drive enhancements to existing systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and purity.

• Design, develop, test, and release polymeric containers and accessories that meet UN DOT requirements for hazardous material transport.
• Lead product enhancements and derivative designs to improve performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Create functional prototypes and collaborate cross‑functionally to conduct design verification, validation, and qualification testing.
• Develop and execute experimental test plans to evaluate component performance and reliability in fluid storage and delivery systems.
• Partner with simulation teams to perform FEA, CFD, and mold flow analyses for design optimization.
• Drive innovation to enhance technical capabilities across Product Development and Manufacturing teams.
• Support technical leaders in a stage‑gate development process, ensuring timely and quality execution of assigned tasks.
• Utilize Gantt charts and other project management tools to plan, track, and report progress on engineering projects.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations to resolve design, manufacturing, or performance issues.
• Communicate effectively across functions regarding design specifications, drawing interpretation, and compliance with part standards.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on product design and development experience.

Technical

Skills:

• Proficient in Solid Works CAD software.
• Understanding of UN DOT regulations for hazardous material packaging.
• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding processes.
• Familiarity with polymeric materials used in mechanical and fluid applications.
• Proven success in launching new products into manufacturing and market.

Project & Process

Skills:

• Strong project management skills, including experience with Gantt charts, timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Skilled in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience with fluid handling systems and high‑volume manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
• Experience with Design FMEA and Process FMEA (preferred).

Communication &
