Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for run semiconductor Process (in Semiconductor equipment ) in the applications lab and/or at the customer site•
• Perform installation, service, modification, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Execute process optimization experiments; characterize, compile, and analyze test data for process, or material specifications.
• Work closely with internal team and product team, sales and marketing groups, and other functional areas, to prepare changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate customer adoption and improve quality of process equipment
• Work closely with customer engineers and managers as a technical interface, managing input for customer demo and integration experiments.
• Ready to work 2nd Shift basics may needed 2nd shift 2.00PM to 10.00PM.
• Responsible for quality execution of all experiments and material processed through the tool.
• Coordinate and execute activities in the applications lab including process development work, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting
• Participate in various integration and strategic activities relevant to this product and customer with internal business units

Skills:

Experience with Chemical Process in semiconductor application and handling Semiconductor equipment

To work on semiconductor process areas like Etch/ physical Vapor deposition technology development for advance logic device fabrication, which includes chemical gas process.

Qualification:

• Preference in masters or Degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process development.
• 2+ years semiconductor chemical process experience. Preferably Etching semi process.
• Work experience in semi equipment with vacuum, plasma, photolithography, or high energy ion-beam related technologies preferred
• Experience in Semi process characterization and result Validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in teams as well as individually
• Some travel to Interna factories for development, training, or other activities is required (travel < 25%)

Chemical recipe management, Semi conductor equipment, Thin film, Etch process, Chemical process on equipment in the R&D and manufacturing semiconductor fab/lab. Semiconductor, Process Development. Pay Range Minimum: $38.94 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $43.00 per hour
