**** THE ROLE
** Entegris is seeking an Intercompany Pricing Data Analyst Lead to join our global tax team, based in Chaska, MN.  The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating complex data sets to manage the company’s intercompany sale of tangible products to ensure compliance with international tax regulations and support the business to enable cross-border product deliveries. This role requires strong analytical skills, expert excel based modeling capabilities, familiarity with SAP, and the ability to manage complex financial data across multiple sources in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
** WHAT YOU’LL DO**
* * Price Setting and Data Analysis*  + Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s operational transfer pricing processes.  + Calculate new transfer pricing markups to reflect current business activities and market conditions, including deep review of historic and projected data and scenario analysis with the intent to achieve intercompany pricing targets.  + Assist to identify and work with Entegris IT resources to resolve system or transfer pricing related challenges with transacting intercompany sales.  

+ Manage complex data sets to calculate, monitor, and analyze the profitability of individual entities, ensuring that transfer pricing strategies align with company goals.  + Identify and address discrepancies or issues affecting entity profitability.  + Analyze large volumes of financial data to identify trends related to transfer pricing.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

*  + Work with Entegris IT resources to monitor and enhance programing related to intercompany transactions.  + Coordinate with Entegris Accounting to ensure intercompany transactions and adjustments are properly executed.  + Present key data for global transfer pricing audits and customs audits  + Coordinate with Finance team to understand and use forecasted data in price setting process.  + Contribute to defining, aligning and resolving supply chain flows in a cross-functional group.  

+ Collaborate with key non-US personnel located in different time zones.
* * Process Improvement:*  + Continuously evaluate and improve transfer pricing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.  + Act as department lead for identifying ways to enhance data collection and utilization.
** WHAT WE SEEK
*** Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in data analytics, finance, accounting or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience in business analytics or operational transfer pricing
* Knowledge and experience working with finance and cost accounting principles.
* Interest to learn transfer pricing concepts
* Strong, meticulous data analytic skills, with the ability to see the big picture
* Strong familiarity with SAP, Office Analysis queries, complex Excel formulas, and working with large databases
* A desire to continually improve process and documentation to maintain a world-class team
* Self-driven and Can-do attitude
* Organizational skills including managing competing priorities and deadlines
* Ability to work in a Hybrid working model with minimum three days per week in the Chaska, Minnesota Corporate office.
