The Role
Psychotherapists deliver assessment and intervention to clients of all types. Clinics embedded on Main Street in communities with access disparities. Client census 43% Medicaid, zero fee schedule sliding, under 10% no‑show rate. Rich consultation and continued professional development schedule supports evidence‑based wellness roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients
- Attend and participate in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other meetings as required
- Provide psychological services with a high degree of professional activity within the field
- A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited academic program
- Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license‑eligible)
- At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
- Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred)
- Competence within relational psychotherapy models strongly preferred

Range: $106,000 – $140,000 per year. Psychotherapy range $106,000 – $125,000;
Assessment range $110,000 – $140,000. Full‑time, salaried, exempt, benefits‑eligible, W2.
