Starting Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually for master's-level clinicians; $90,000 - $105,000 for doctoral-level clinicians (DOE)

As a Mental Health Therapist at ACP, you’ll deliver high‑quality psychotherapy and mental health services to adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including:

• Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
• Depression and anxiety
• Substance use disorders
• Cognitive decline and dementia
• Complex medical and psychosocial issues

• Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence‑based therapy and mental health interventions.
• Travel to various medical and community settings to reach clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in‑office care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health care professionals.
• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with diverse and older populations.
