Pro Rehab Physical Therapist

Join Pro Rehab, a leading rehabilitation company with over 35 years of experience. We are hiring a Physical Therapist for our site in Chaska, Minnesota, with occasional float to Waconia. New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome. No productivity requirements.

• Type: Full-Time
• Wage: $45 - $55 / hour depending on experience
• Bonus: $5,000 paid over 18 months or tuition reimbursement
• Benefits: Mileage reimbursement ($0.70 / mile) and up to $5,000 bonus
• Location: Chaska, Waconia, and Maple Plain

• Assess & diagnose patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits
• Provide hands‑on therapy, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on pain management techniques and fall risk safety; teach exercise and injury prevention
• Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a bachelor’s degree
• Current accredited MN Physical Therapist license
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations for home health care
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
