Data Analyst
Overview
Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics is responsible for transforming complex supply chain data into actionable insights, driving process improvements, and contributing to the strategic optimization of supply chain operations through end-to-end data analysis including data extraction and modeling, creating dynamic reports and dashboards, and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and decision making. This role reports to the Sr.
Director of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, and is onsite in Chaska, Minnesota.
- Design, develop and maintain advanced Power BI reports, dashboards and interactive visualizations that provide clear real-time insights into supply chain performance
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to design, develop and deploy AI agents to automate routine tasks, improve processes, and provide intelligent recommendations
- Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Logistics, Planning, Sales, and IT to understand business needs and translate them into data and analytical requirements
- Collect, clean, analyze and interpret large datasets from a variety of sources, identifying trends, patterns and anomalies
- Develop complex models and queries to transform and model data effectively within Power BI
- Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or other field. Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a data or business analyst role, preferably with a focus on supply chain
- Proven expertise in developing and managing Power BI reports and dashboards, AI agents and/or machine learning solutions in a professional environment
- Ability to travel – 10-15%, overnight, within territory or locations
Preferred Experience
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain planning software
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, especially for data analysis, machine learning, and AI agent development
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k). The annual salary range for this role is $110K-$140K. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
