Project Manager – Fulfillment
Oversees the day-to-day operations/progress of projects, ensuring that all phases of the work are coordinated effectively to ensure projects are performing on time and adhering to quality standards. Acts as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems. Coordinates all direct communication with client and contractors.
Responsibilities- Oversees all local operations in the assigned market, including supervision of employees and contractors to organize and ensure quality of work (aerial and underground), as well as in-home installations.
- Coordinates project resources and tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules.
- Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management.
- Acts as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems.
- Selects, negotiates with, and coordinates the work of vendors, contractors, or sub‑contractors.
- Monitors and ensures quality of program deliverables.
- Works with core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3 years of Telecommunications installation experience, in progressive leadership positions.
