Production Associate – Welding

2 nd Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM ($1.00 Shift Differential Applies)

Specific job duties will vary based on the position that is best suited with the skills, experience, and interests of qualified applicants. Our production areas include machine operators, assembly, brazing, welding, crating, tube fabrication, material handler.

• Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.
• Mark weld points and positions of components on work pieces, using rules, squares, templates, or scribes.
• Select, position, align, and bolt jigs, holding fixtures, guides, or stops onto machines, using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Perform necessary repairs/reworks on defective or non-compliant welds.
• Remove completed work pieces or parts from machinery, using hand tools.
• Prepare surfaces or work pieces, using hand-operated equipment, such as grinders, cutters, or drills.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
• TIG weld stainless and carbon steel between 1/16th and ½ inch.

• Manufacturing experience

• Ability to read detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Ability to operate machinery and tools.
• Ability to measure via measuring tape.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Degree / GED / Certificate.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Knowledge of PPE
