Role at a glance
  • Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM ($1.00 shift differential)
  • Pay: $32.00 – $36.00/hour, DOE
  • Benefits:

What you will tackle
  • Install, service, and sustain production machinery and facility systems.
  • Handle emergency/unscheduled repairs during production; complete scheduled work during machine service periods.
  • Troubleshoot and repair using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic expertise.
  • Read and apply equipment manuals and work orders to execute maintenance tasks.
  • Pinpoint root causes, replace/repair parts, test functionality, and adjust for optimal performance.
  • Carry out regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
  • Operate hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely.
  • Recognize faulty operations or defective materials and elevate issues to supervision.
  • Follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.
Must-haves
  • High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience.
  • 4+ years in manufacturing with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills; some Electrical and PLC experience.
