Shifts:

• 1st shift – FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS
• 2nd shift – 11% Shift Premium
• 3rd shift – 24% Shift Premium

We are seeking skilled CNC Turning and Milling Machinists to join our team in Chaska, MN. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC Turning and Milling, with a focus on CNC Turning. The candidate should be able to read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate CNC Turning and/or Milling machines, and perform quality checks on finished products.

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Set up and operate CNC Turning or Milling machines
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Make adjustments to machines as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC Turning
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Due to confidential defense contracts, candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
