- Associate degree in Welding
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to read detailed instructions and blueprints.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools.
- Ability to measure by measuring tape.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma / GED / certificate.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of PPE.
- Utilize work orders and blueprints to assemble work to specifications.
- Mark weld points and component positions on work pieces using rules, squares, templates, or scribes.
- Select, position, align, and bolt jigs, fixtures, guides, or stops onto machines using measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Inspect welded joints via visual inspections or non‑destructive testing (NDT).
- Repair/rework defective or non‑compliant welds.
- Remove completed work pieces/parts from machinery using hand tools.
- Prepare surfaces/work pieces using grinders, cutters, or drills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety, and quality standards.
- TIG weld stainless and carbon steel between 1⁄16 and 1⁄2 inch.
