Base Pay Range

$25.00/hr – $31.00/hr

Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Associate degree in Welding
  • Manufacturing experience
Qualifications (Required)
  • Ability to read detailed instructions and blueprints.
  • Ability to operate machinery and tools.
  • Ability to measure by measuring tape.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma / GED / certificate.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of PPE.
Job Responsibilities
  • Utilize work orders and blueprints to assemble work to specifications.
  • Mark weld points and component positions on work pieces using rules, squares, templates, or scribes.
  • Select, position, align, and bolt jigs, fixtures, guides, or stops onto machines using measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • Inspect welded joints via visual inspections or non‑destructive testing (NDT).
  • Repair/rework defective or non‑compliant welds.
  • Remove completed work pieces/parts from machinery using hand tools.
  • Prepare surfaces/work pieces using grinders, cutters, or drills.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety, and quality standards.
  • TIG weld stainless and carbon steel between 1⁄16 and 1⁄2 inch.
