American Flexible Products (AFP) is seeking a conscientious Machine Operator for a second shift (10 hour days, M-Th, 3:30pm - 2am) in Chaska, MN. You will set up and operate die cutting presses, CNC equipment, laminators and related production gear, ensuring high-quality, on-time production for aerospace/defense-grade applications.
You will read blueprints, measure parts, and document output in the ERP system, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a noisy manufacturing environment.
