Job Type: Part-time or full-time.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, day shift. Further details upon interview.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets; tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, reports and logs as required.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time; serves customers efficiently and courteously.
• Prepares items from steam tables and grills and serves at multiple stations; uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
• Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years of food service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, production schedules and HACCP guidelines.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
