An established independent insurance agency in the Chaska area is looking to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to its team.

This opportunity is suited to a technically strong Commercial Property & Casualty professional who can take ownership of complex accounts, work directly with clients and carriers, and contribute to account strategy and relationship management.

The successful candidate will help support the existing team by managing account responsibilities, addressing client needs, and delivering knowledgeable, responsive service.

• Manage and service complex Commercial P&C accounts.
• Work directly with clients and insurance carriers to address coverage needs and account requirements.
• Contribute to account strategy, renewal planning, and client relationship management.
• Apply strong technical insurance knowledge to account needs and coverage considerations.
• Coordinate with internal team members to support effective account management and client service.
• Take ownership of account responsibilities and help alleviate workload across the existing team.

• Significant experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial coverage and complex account needs.
• Experience working directly with clients and carriers.
• Ability to contribute to account strategy and manage responsibilities with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
