• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites
• Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Provide hands‑on customer support and basic equipment training
• Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems
• Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs
• Prioritize safety on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations

• 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Proven safety‑first mindset in shop and field settings
• Clear communication skills with customers and teammates
• EPA Universal Certification and 3‑5 years HVAC/R experience strongly preferred
• Clean driving record and 21+ years of age
• Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the Midwest (MN, ND, SD, IA, NE)

Salary: $24.00 – $34.00 per hour
