- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites
- Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Provide hands‑on customer support and basic equipment training
- Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems
- Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs
- Prioritize safety on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations
- 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Proven safety‑first mindset in shop and field settings
- Clear communication skills with customers and teammates
- EPA Universal Certification and 3‑5 years HVAC/R experience strongly preferred
- Clean driving record and 21+ years of age
- Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the Midwest (MN, ND, SD, IA, NE)
Salary: $24.00 – $34.00 per hour
