Maintenance Technician

Chaska and Prior Lake, Minnesota

Pay: $26 - $32 per hour

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation with other properties

• Refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy
• Provide maintenance services including general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services
• Use your own vehicle to drive to other properties and be reimbursed for mileage
• Provide and use your own basic tools

• 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to obtain boilers license within 90 days of employment; employer will pay for license exam and study material
