BDO Canada seeks a Manager with a CPA designation and 5 years of public accounting experience, including 2 years in Tax. You will lead diverse client engagements, prepare and review corporate and estate tax returns, and enhance team capabilities through training.
Your role contributes to a people-first culture focused on personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple client engagements for SMEs
• Develop tax strategies to leverage opportunities
• Prepare and review tax reorganizations
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Communicate progress and issues with team members
Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• Minimum 5 years in public accounting, 2 in Tax
• Strong understanding of tax legislation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven teamwork and client service commitment
