Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer transactions daily

• Ensure compliance with billing documentation requirements

• Monitor collections and communicate issues promptly

• Track accounts and perform month-end reconciliations

• Assist in the annual audit as necessary

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in a related field

• Certification or equivalent experience in Accounting

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
