Chatham Tirecraft is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to manage service interactions efficiently. You will write work orders, oversee service requests, and manage product invoicing. Engage actively with customers and ensure they receive the highest quality service while navigating their automotive needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft work orders for sales and service operations
• Accept service calls and assign tasks to technicians
• Process payments upon service completion
• Deliver outstanding service at the front counter and via phone
• Oversee service flow for timely execution
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in automotive customer service
• Knowledge of retail and commercial tire industry
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic tire and mechanical understanding
