Deliver exceptional holiday customer experiences as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate with LCBO in Wheatley. Join our team from November 16 to December 31 to help create festive shopping moments.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be on-site supporting customers and executing daily store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, your role encompasses service excellence, inventory management, and participating in community donation efforts. This position positions you as a vital touchpoint between LCBO and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers using the POS system efficiently
• Promote donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Engage in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey efforts
• Manage stock replenishment and maintain store cleanliness
• Lift boxes up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for long periods
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Comfortable with customer interactions
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
