Light House Dental is seeking a reliable Sterilization Technician. This role prioritizes maintaining clean, organized environments while complying with health and safety protocols. Utilizing advanced sterilization equipment, you will document all processes and collaborate closely with clinical teams to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean, package, and sterilize dental instruments
• Operate sterilization equipment and monitor testing
• Maintain accurate compliance records for audits
• Ensure a safe reprocessing area in line with protocols
• Report issues with equipment or sterilization immediately
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a sterilization role preferred
• Completion of Dental Assisting or MDRT programs
• Familiarity with IPAC infection control practices
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Commitment to supporting team objectives
