Position: Full Time Registered Educator at The Family Centre
Location: Wallaceburg

The Family Centre Childcare Centre is seeking a Full-Time Registered Early Childhood Educator in Wallaceburg, Ontario. This role emphasizes both care and education for children in a supportive environment.

As an RECE, you will implement a responsive, emergent curriculum that aligns with the interests of the children. Your participation will include nurturing interactions, promoting outdoor learning, and connecting with families and community partners. The focus remains on developing children’s skills and creating a welcoming space for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement emergent curriculum based on children's interests

• Foster positive, caring relationships with children

• Promote outdoor learning and play activities

• Act as a resource for families and guardians

• Encourage inclusivity in language and practices

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Valid RECE certification with CECE

• 2+ years experience in group settings

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job
