Support student mental health as a Child and Youth Worker at the St. Clair Catholic District School Board. Engage in problem-solving and collaborative techniques to nurture student wellbeing.
St. Clair CDSB seeks a qualified Child and Youth Worker to enhance mental, emotional, and social development in students. With a focus on self-regulation and teamwork, you will work closely with students, staff, and families to achieve individualized goals. This role involves facilitating meetings and liaising with community agencies as needed for optimal student support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual support to students and staff

• Facilitate the holistic development of students

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support services

• Attend team meetings as determined by student needs

• Participate in quality training for student wellbeing
Requirements:

• Three-year Community College program in relevant field

• Three years of related work experience

• Current OACYC membership

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and transportation
