To qualify, candidates must have a valid Certificate of Qualification and demonstrable experience in teaching French, including completion of long-term occasional assignments. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement French language lesson plans

• Encourage student participation in French activities

• Regularly evaluate and report on student performance

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario College of Teachers Certification

• French division qualifications or FSL, Part 1

• Native or fluent French speaker, both oral and written

• Experience teaching for a minimum of four months

• Satisfactory Police Record Check required post-hire
