Position: STEAM Program Facilitator at Engineering for Kids
Engineering for Kids Chatham seeks a passionate STEAM Program Facilitator to inspire creativity in children. This part-time role offers flexibility and opportunities for job growth through hands-on learning experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver engaging STEAM activities, fostering a safe and positive environment for children. Applicants should have a background in Early Childhood Education, Child and Youth Work, or similar fields and demonstrate strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, hands‑on STEAM activities for children

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving

• Supervise children and communicate professionally with parents

• Assist with setup, organization, and cleanup of activities

Requirements:

• Background in ECE, RECE, or Child and Youth Work

• Passion for working with children

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliable and professional attitude

• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
