We are looking for dedicated individuals to facilitate STEAM programs in Chatham. Candidates with backgrounds in Early Childhood Education or Child and Youth Work are especially encouraged to apply. This part-time role offers opportunities for performance-based wage increases and leadership advancement as our programs grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging STEAM activities for participants

• Create a positive, safe learning atmosphere

• Encourage problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers

• Help set up, organize, and clean up programs

Requirements:

• ECE, RECE, Child and Youth Worker, or relevant experience

• Passionate about working with children

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Dependable and enthusiastic attitude

• Must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check
