Educational Program Manager Kent Essex

Shape the future of education as an Educational Program Manager with JA South Western Ontario. Lead initiatives that promote entrepreneurship and financial literacy among youth in Chatham-Kent, Sarnia-Lambton, and Windsor-Essex.

The Program Manager will take charge of organizing and executing educational programs in various settings, engaging students and volunteers while fostering relationships within the community. This hybrid position requires a motivated individual who can navigate both virtual and in-person environments to facilitate learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and scheduling of program participants

• Support volunteer onboarding and training processes

• Develop and evaluate program delivery goals

• Maintain accurate program records

• Represent JA positively in the community

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or professional experience

• Experience in program management preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Competency in hosting live events online

• Ability to travel locally with a valid driver’s license
