Onsite Wind Technician Kent

Work as an Onsite Wind Technician at the Chatham Wind Farm, committed to performing essential maintenance and optimizing energy generation. This is a full-time position with a focus on technical expertise.

You will take responsibility for the maintenance, repairs, and operational efficiency of the wind farm's equipment. This role emphasizes adherence to safety standards and best maintenance practices within asset management systems. You will help ensure uninterrupted energy production and assist in other operational tasks as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and perform maintenance on electrical and hydraulic systems

• Conduct inspections to prevent equipment failure

• Record and manage maintenance data using CMMS

• Assist in compliance with safety protocols and procedures

• Participate in guided site visits for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Renewable Energy or Electromechanical diploma required

• Certifications in SGRE Maintenance Technician and Work at Heights

• Ability to lift weights and perform physical tasks

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and electrical systems

• Valid driver's license and preferred forklift skills
