Pinchin is seeking a Project Manager to join our Hazardous Materials and Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) team in Tilbury, ON
. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this new role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise and uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Project Leadership – Manage hazardous materials and IEQ projects from proposal to completion. Oversee assessments, abatement planning, and remediation strategies. Ensure compliance with OHSA, CSA, ASHRAE, and other relevant standards.
- Client & Business Development – Maintain and grow client relationships. Support marketing efforts and contribute to business planning. Prepare proposals, reports, and contract documents.
- Team Management – Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate staff. Provide technical guidance and quality control. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Technical Expertise – Conduct hazardous materials and air quality assessments. Develop mould prevention and Legionella management plans. Provide infection control consulting for healthcare environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in hazardous materials or IEQ projects in a consulting environment
- Proven project management and team leadership experience
- Post-secondary education in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and RFP/RFQ documents
- Valid driver’s license, car, insurance coverage, and willingness to travel
