Drive safety and health solutions as a Project Technologist specializing in hazardous materials with Pinchin in Tilbury, ON. Conduct assessments and deliver expert recommendations to enhance building performance.
This role focuses on evaluating asbestos, mould, and hazardous materials to foster safer environments. You will be responsible for site investigations, collecting and analyzing air samples, and preparing detailed reports. Collaborating with clients and colleagues, you’ll translate data into actionable insight while managing subcontractors and ensuring project timeliness and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site investigations for hazardous materials
• Gather and analyze PCM asbestos air samples
• Supervise remediation activities and inspections
• Prepare reports with findings and recommendations
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors for safety compliance
Requirements:
• College diploma or relevant degree in technology or engineering
• Familiarity with building systems and construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
