Dillon is on the lookout for an experienced engineer to enhance our Linear Municipal Infrastructure team. This role focuses on leading drainage projects and guiding teams through innovative design approaches. With flexible working arrangements, you’ll contribute to vital engineering efforts that address community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead municipal drainage project teams
• Direct technical design and documentation for projects
• Supervise construction and administration for drainage initiatives
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining client relations
• Mentor junior staff in technical and professional growth
Requirements:
• Civil engineering degree;
Ontario professional engineer license
• Five or more years in municipal/infrastructure engineering
• Proven track record in project team leadership
• Strong experience with drainage design and environmental approvals
• Competency in AutoCAD;
Civil 3D knowledge beneficial
